Used Car Import Regulations in Mozambique

Mozambique has no vehicle age limit and accepts right-hand drive vehicles. Customs duty is 25% for 1,500cc or less and 40% above 1,500cc.

Commercial/purchase invoice (original)
Driver's licence
International insurance certificate (green card)
Certified copy of passport
Bill of lading (original, stating chassis number, engine number, displacement, year of manufacture, make and model)
Inspection certificate from Intertek

Steering (RHD/LHD) Rules

Right-hand drive vehicle imports are permitted, except for special-purpose vehicles.
