Used Car Import Regulations in Chile

Chile prohibits used vehicle imports in principle. As an exception, imports are possible into the free zones of Iquique and Punta Arenas, but sales to other regions are not allowed.

Export certificate, invoice, vehicle registration certificate, etc. are required.

Steering (RHD/LHD) Rules

Both right-hand drive and left-hand drive vehicles are permitted.
